Working with cards

What this is

The main seller workflow for finding a customer's card and completing loyalty actions.

What you can do

Find the card

  • Scan a QR code.
  • Search manually by pass number.
  • Search manually by phone number.
  • Choose the correct pass if multiple matches are found.

Use the pass details screen

  • Review the customer name and card number.
  • Open the loyalty actions available for the current campaign type.

Apply loyalty actions

Stamps

  • Add 1 stamp.
  • Add multiple stamps at once.
  • Redeem available rewards.

Cashback

  • Register a purchase.
  • Preview cashback before confirming.
  • Redeem cashback.

Discount

  • Review the current discount.
  • Register a purchase.

Options

  • Manual search accepts either pass number or phone number.
  • Stamps bulk add supports 1 to 10 stamps in the UI.
  • Cashback screens can display flat rates or tier-based rates depending on setup.

Limits and important notes

  • Manual input currently accepts digits only and needs at least 4 characters.
  • QR parsing depends on a valid ref in the scanned content.
  • Reward redemption requires confirmation.
  • Amount validation is partly enforced in the UI and partly on the backend.
