What this is
The most common issues for customer links, personalization, and wallet delivery.
What you can do
- Check that the link is complete and valid.
- Fill in all required fields.
- Retry on a phone if you opened the flow on desktop.
- Copy and reopen the pass link manually when wallet delivery does not start.
Options
- On iPhone, try opening the link in Safari.
- On desktop, use the QR handoff flow.
- For existing passes, expect a save confirmation instead of full wallet setup.
Limits and important notes
- Invalid or damaged links will fail before the normal flow starts.
- Language is inferred automatically and may not follow the browser locale.
- Some flows depend on platform-specific wallet support.
