What this is

The most common issues for customer links, personalization, and wallet delivery.

What you can do

  • Check that the link is complete and valid.
  • Fill in all required fields.
  • Retry on a phone if you opened the flow on desktop.
  • Copy and reopen the pass link manually when wallet delivery does not start.

Options

  • On iPhone, try opening the link in Safari.
  • On desktop, use the QR handoff flow.
  • For existing passes, expect a save confirmation instead of full wallet setup.

Limits and important notes

  • Invalid or damaged links will fail before the normal flow starts.
  • Language is inferred automatically and may not follow the browser locale.
  • Some flows depend on platform-specific wallet support.
