What this is

The form a cardholder fills in before receiving a pass or when updating pass details.

What you can do

  • Enter personal information such as name, phone, email, and custom fields.
  • Update existing values if the link belongs to an existing pass.
  • Submit the form to continue to pass delivery or save changes.

Options

  • The form fields are configured per project.
  • Some links may skip personalization entirely if it is not required.
  • Existing passes can open with prefilled values.

Limits and important notes

  • Required fields must be completed before submission.
  • The current client-side validation is simple and mostly checks for empty required values.
  • Field visibility and exact field set depend on project configuration.
