What this is
The form a cardholder fills in before receiving a pass or when updating pass details.
What you can do
- Enter personal information such as name, phone, email, and custom fields.
- Update existing values if the link belongs to an existing pass.
- Submit the form to continue to pass delivery or save changes.
Options
- The form fields are configured per project.
- Some links may skip personalization entirely if it is not required.
- Existing passes can open with prefilled values.
Limits and important notes
- Required fields must be completed before submission.
- The current client-side validation is simple and mostly checks for empty required values.
- Field visibility and exact field set depend on project configuration.
