Getting the pass

What this is

The final delivery flow after personalization is complete or when a pass link is opened directly.

What you can do

On iPhone

  • Wait for the pass download to start automatically.
  • Open Wallet after the pass is prepared.
  • Retry by opening the link manually if needed.

On Android

  • Use the Add to Google Wallet button.

On desktop

  • Scan the on-screen QR code with a phone.

Options

  • The app changes behavior automatically for iPhone, Android, and desktop.
  • A help modal is available if the pass does not appear after the first attempt.

Limits and important notes

  • New pass creation usually leads into wallet delivery.
  • Updating an existing pass usually saves data without re-running the full add-to-wallet flow.
  • iPhone users may need to reopen the link in Safari if the pass does not appear automatically.
  • Desktop cannot add the pass directly to a mobile wallet.
