What this is​

The business admin frontend is the control panel for a loyalty campaign. It is where a business creates campaigns, configures the pass, manages clients and sellers, and sends campaign-driven communication.

What you can do​

  • Switch between campaigns.
  • Create a new campaign.
  • Configure pass design and loyalty logic.
  • Manage clients, sellers, and distribution points.
  • Control personalization fields.
  • Send push messages and configure geo notifications.
  • Review analytics and campaign settings.

Options​

  • Work with stamps, cashback, or discount campaigns.
  • Start from a blank campaign or a template.
  • Use desktop navigation or the mobile sidebar.

Limits and important notes​

  • Most screens depend on the currently selected campaign.
  • Switching campaigns reloads the workspace.
  • Some screens are better suited for desktop.
